For a hosting company, Uptime Hosting can provide service to customers. Suppose the hosting company offers a 100% uptime means the website and hosting facilities will be guaranteed to be accessible continuously.
Suppose offered uptime is 99% per month, it means that if there is downtime on a 1% x 30 x 24 hours (7.2 hours), then you can claim the new company.
Web hosts offer 99.9% uptime, which means there will be no down time is less than 2 minutes per day.

* Planned Downtime (planned downtime)

Downtime of the type mentioned above is clear that a web hosting can not be free from downtime because they need to perform maintenance on the server as well. So when a web hosting uptime guaranteed 100%, the conclusion is almost certain: Impossible!
